Frans Rossen is engaged in national and international corporate acquisitions and provides advice on the preparation and implementation of corporate acquisitions, legal due diligence and related contracts.

Frans is admitted to the Danish bar as well as the bar in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) and is specialised in advising Danish and German companies on Danish/German legal matters, in particular corporate acquisitions. In addition, Frans Rossen advises on general company law and contract law.
