Career

Claudia has more than 25 years of experience and is partner at CMS Grau since 2006. Claudia is head of the labour practice and focuses on labour, health and safety, social security and employment issues, recruitment of national and foreign personnel and immigration matters. She advises on planning and organizing human resources and economic group structures; prevention policies, health and safety programs and social responsibility issues. She advises domestic and foreign companies on collective bargaining, labour audits, pension matters and on labour judicial and administrative proceedings, managing portfolios of more than 600 judicial cases.

Claudia has an impressive track record advising important clients from all economic sectors, which allows her to provide comprehensive business-oriented approach to best suit the specific characteristics of our clients' operations.
