Cleveland Krist is an Austin-based litigation boutique that tries complex commercial cases in state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals across the country.

In 2022 alone, we tried four matters to successful resolution, including a multimillion-dollar jury verdict for an Austin technology entrepreneur in a contract dispute with a technology company, as well as the successful defense of a medical supplies company in a weeklong arbitration involving millions of dollars in claimed damages related to a variety of business torts. The firm also successfully handled several injunctive matters in state and federal courts.
