Mead Johnson (part of the Reckitt Benckiser Group) and SanCor sold their shares in Mead Johnson Nutrition Argentina (owner of the SanCor Bebe brands) to the Roemmers Group.
As part of the transaction, Mead Johnson and the Roemmers Group also entered into license and distribution agreements pursuant to which the Roemmers Group will be entitled to import from Mead Johnson and commercialize in Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay, certain infant formula and child nutrition products under brands owned by Mead Johnson.
