Dentons has advised Zhejiang XCC Group ̶ a China-based manufacturer and distributor of bearings, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange ̶ on the acquisition of FŁT Polska from its shareholder Boryszew Group.
XCC purchased a 100 percent stake in FŁT Polska and its shares in subsidiaries located in Germany, Italy, France, China and the US, as well as the trademarks related to FŁT’s business. The total price for the shares and trademarks was set at close to PLN 100 million.
Partner Piotr Dulewicz and managing counsel Marcin Paliwoda led Dentons’ team on the deal, supported by associate Natalia Greiner from the Warsaw M&A practice group. Counsel Marek Trojnarski and associate Bartosz Dobkowski from the Intellectual Property and Technology practice as well as partner Agnieszka Stefanowicz-Barańska and senior associate Tomasz Kordala from the Competition group also advised on the transaction.
