Veton is a dual-qualified lawyer heading the Karanovic & Partners practice in North Macedonia. He is qualified as an attorney at law (адвокат) in North Macedonia and as a solicitor in England and Wales. His particular focus is on large-scale M&As, energy and infrastructure projects and project finance, particularly in North Macedonia, Kosovo*, and Albania. Veton’s broad experience includes counselling clients in a variety of industries, including automotive, telecom, energy, mining, infrastructure, real estate, finance, and healthcare.
