Seppo Havia focuses on complex precedent-setting employment law matters and employment law related dispute resolution. He has an extensive experience and insight of Finnish and international employment and pensions law and employee benefits related matters, including reorganizations, M&A, outsourcing arrangements and dispute resolution.

Mr Havia represents clients in complex employment litigations. He has been the Lead Partner in representing the largest Finnish listed forest industry companies as well as technology industry companies in precedent-setting and high-profile court cases regarding criminal and damage claims against labour unions based on illegal strikes. He is also the lead advisor for several well established Finnish and multinational companies in their employment related matters.

Career

Joined Dittmar & Indrenius 2004, Partner 2010 - , Head of Employment, Benefits & Pensions 2010 - 2022; Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius he worked as a Head of Department and Lawyer of the Association of Support Service Industries 1999-2004 and an another law firm 1992-1999.
