Career

Frédéric Fuchs heads the competition, distribution and commercial contracts practice of Ayache. Prior to joining Ayache, Frédéric practiced in the competition departments of first tier UK and US law firms before founding a French boutique firm where he headed the competition team. Frédéric advises across the various areas of competition law (merger control and antitrust), distribution (structuring distribution networks, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts), and restrictive business practices (drafting general terms and conditions of sale and purchase, business cooperation, termination of business relations).

These activities are divided between counselling and representation before the EU and French competition authorities and courts.
