Simon’s practice focuses on commercial/corporate litigation, class actions, directors’ and officers’ liability, securities litigation, and professional negligence. Simon has represented a broad range of clients, including various professionals (including lawyers and accountants), directors and officers, and other public and private companies.

Simon has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario and has been involved in a number of administrative proceedings, including those commenced by the Ontario Securities Commission, the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan, the Alberta Securities Commission, the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and Alberta, the Certified General Accountants’ Association of Alberta, the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
