Career

From 2020 Aram Orbelyan holds the position of Managing Partner.

In 2014, after a four-year-break, Aram Orbelyan rejoined to Concern Dialog team as a Senior Partner.

From 2011 to 2014 Aram Orbelyan held the position of the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. Among other topics he was also responsible for the reforms related to different state registers and e-gov implementation, reform of legal profession (notaries and attorneys), civil and civil procedure, arbitration and mediation legislation.

From 2009 to 2011 he was employed at Concern Dialog law firm, first as a Senior Associate, and then as the Deputy Director of the firm. He was responsible for the Electronic communications (regulatory) and competition law practice areas of the firm.

From 2006 to 2007 Aram Orbelyan worked at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) regional delegation in Moscow.

In parallel to his main activity, Aram Orbelyan lectures at the Academy of Advocay of RA and at the French University in Armenia (UFAR).

-Arbitrator at CIETAC (since 2022)

-Board member of the Arbitrators' Association of Armenia
