DMH Stallard’s Planning and Environment Group is unique in the region, comprising a large, multi-disciplinary team of experienced property lawyers and planning consultants.

Our large team advises on the widest possible range of planning matters. Our expertise includes site promotion through the local planning process through to Section 106 agreements for public and private clients, acting for both claimants and defendants in planning litigation, advising major housebuilders on highways and infrastructure agreements, and advising on the Community Infrastructure Levy.

Whilst we advise on a significant number of new developments we have also developed a particular specialism in heritage, representing the owners of listed buildings and advising on common land, village greens, assets of community value and coastal access rights.
