Bomchil advised on the corporate, contractual, ICT regulatory and labor aspects of the sale of all the representative shares of Transamerican Telecomunications S.A., a wholesale operator of optical fiber connectivity in Argentina, within the framework of a regional reorganization of Internexa to focus on the geographies in which it is most relevant.
In the aforementioned transaction, Transamerican Telecomunication S.A. was taken over by Inversiones y Servicios Intexa S.A. and Silica Networks Argentina S.A., both belonging to Datco group.
The Bomchil team included partners Patricio Martin, Francisco Gutiérrez and Máximo J. Bomchil, senior associate Andrea Lofvall and counsel Edgardo Isola.
