Bob Maynard has been practicing environment, energy, and natural resources law for more than forty years. His practice includes project development, acquisitions, and other transactions, regulation, legislation, and litigation. His experience includes forest products/timber, government contracts/leasing/permitting, historic preservation, Indian law, land use/real estate, minerals, oil and gas, public lands, recreation/resort, and water law matters. His experience extends to federal Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, CERCLA/Superfund, Endangered Species Act, Energy Policy Act, Geothermal Steam Act, Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Act, Mining Law, FLPMA, NEPA, NFMA, and NHPA issues, and to Alaska, Idaho, and other state law issues.
