Defended insurance company on claims by a large self-insured program for aggregate and specific excess claims.

Worked with real estate developer to negotiate settlement of lawsuit involving more than 100 property owners for construction defects in homes. Insurance companies denied coverage. In the settlement agreement, plaintiffs agreed to limit recovery to insurance proceeds.

Provided comprehensive review of claims and insurance, drafted indemnity and insurance provisions in agreement, and recommended appropriate insurance for health care provider.

Worked with team to revise and update liability insurance policies for insurance company.
