Career

Keith is a member of Thompson Hine’s Executive Committee and the former leader of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. He focuses on representing employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation; preventative counseling and employee training; practicing before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Ohio Civil Rights Commission and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs; and handling arbitrations, collective bargaining agreement administration and negotiations with labor unions, as well as defending unfair labor practice charges and representation petitions before the National Labor Relations Board.
