Keith is Managing Partner of the firm's Charlotte office. He focuses on securitization and other structured finance products, including CLOs and BDC facilities. He advises foreign and domestic financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity funds, initial purchasers, placement agents and issuers in private, public and Rule 144A/Regulation S transactions in securitizations of a wide range of asset types, including broadly syndicated and middle-market loans; residual interests; student loans; aircraft, container and other equipment loan and lease portfolios; credit card receivables; automobile loans and other financial assets. In addition, he has extensive experience in capital call subscription facilities and other esoteric asset classes. He also represents program sponsors with respect to a variety of commercial paper conduit structures.
