Bob Rivollier is a partner in the private equity transactions group in the firm’s New York office. With over a decade of experience advising clients on leveraged buyouts, M&A and financing transactions, Bob is a trusted adviser for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on their most critical transactions and other business initiatives.

Bob has advised clients on numerous large transactions, including multiple complex carve-out transactions, across many industries and verticals, such as health care and pharma (most recently advising Avista Capital Partners on its investment in eMolecules, TPG’s portfolio company BVI® on its acquisition of Benz Research & Development, and Arcadia Consumer Healthcare on its acquisition of NATURELO® and purchase of the U.S. rights to the Kaopectate® brand), industrials (regularly advising American Industrial Partners), technology (most recently advising Partners Group on its majority investment in Idera, Wirecard on the sale of its U.S. business to Syncapay, and Atairos on an investment in ProQuest), business services, and consumer/retail (most recently advising Partners Group on its acquisition of Careismatic Brands, Charlesbank Capital Partners and Partners Group on their acquisition of Hearthside Food Solutions, Hearthside Food Solutions on its acquisition of Greencore USA, and Castanea Partners on its acquisition of Yasso).
