Career

With more than 30 years of experience, Patty focuses on helping clients establish, qualify, and maintain all types of employee benefit plans. She advises clients regarding employee benefit compliance issues, benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions, privacy and data security issues under HIPAA, health benefits, and executive compensation. She also represents clients involved in governmental and private dispute resolution and has significant experience handling all types of ERISA litigation.

Additionally, Patty serves as Partner-In-Charge of the firm’s Cleveland office and is a member of the firm’s Governing Board.
