Jerry advises U.S. and foreign-based corporations on the full scope of domestic and international corporate taxation. He handles a wide range of matters involving both tax planning and tax controversy. Jerry served as worldwide President of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) from 2001-2005. He has successfully litigated a number of important federal tax cases and constitutional challenges to state tax statutes, including representation before the U.S. Supreme Court. Jerry brings many years of experience and innovation to specific tax issues and to the broader arenas of legislation and policy making.
