David has extensive experience in both out-of-court and in-court workouts, restructurings, and bankruptcy, with a focus on representing financial institutions. David also regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, litigation, real estate financing, and structured financing transactions. Representative experience includes multinational and multijurisdictional matters that cover a broad array of industries, including transportation, retail, hospitality, consumer products, manufacturing, pharmaceutical products, real estate, banking, and healthcare. In April 2022, David was inducted as a fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy. David has also been identified by clients as a 2021 Acritas Star for his outstanding service and professional excellence and was named a “Client Service All-Star” in BTI Consulting Group’s annual survey, identified by corporate counsel as having “defined the new standard in client service excellence” following his nomination by a large financial services firm.
