Founded more than five decades ago in Porto Alegre, RMMG Advogados focused back then mainly on Labor Law, a major vocation of our founder, Dante Rossi.

Over time, the firm has expanded its practice.In this movement, Rafael Maffini brought his renowned experience in Public and Administrative Law, and Fabio Milman added more than 30 years of experience in Private Law. Later, RMMG welcomed Felipe Grando as head of the Tax Area.

In a new stage of expansion, Guilherme Bier Barcelos became head of our Corporate Area and assigned the task of heading our office in São Paulo. More recently, Eugênio Hainzenreder Júnior included to the firm's staff his solid academic career and performance in the labor area, especially in the corporate practice.

As a result of a new governance model, Mônica Canellas Rossi became the first CEO of RMMG Advogados in 2020.
