Bentsi-Enchill's Projects & Energy practice group combines in-depth industry knowledge and technical legal expertise to advise and assist with infrastructure, energy and natural resources transactions.

The team advises on legal, regulatory and practical issues and transactions in infrastructure involving railways, roads and ports and harbours, building and construction, real estate, aviation and aerospace, and shipping and maritime.

In energy, the team has worked on key upstream petroleum matters and has advised clients on all phases of project development; from structuring, due diligence, financing and regulatory matters and local content. It have also worked on many of the high-profile energy and natural gas deals in the downstream petroleum sector.
