Shannon advocates for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in complex patent litigation domestically and regularly counsels clients on their global litigation strategies. Shannon’s extensive policy-shaping litigation experience includes representing clients in district courts throughout the country as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and the U.S. Supreme Court. She also uses her in-depth experience with the Hatch-Waxman Act and the Biologic Price Competition and Innovation Act to help clients strengthen their litigation and regulatory strategies.
