Career
Kim Bueno regularly serves as lead defense counsel in jury trials. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, she is nationally recognized as a preeminent trial attorney. Kim has served as lead trial counsel in jury trials in Texas, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, California, West Virginia, and Illinois. Kim represents clients in high-stakes personal injury actions and complex commercial litigation. Most recently, Kim has defended clients in trials involving alleged injury from talcum powder and pelvic mesh products.
