Former chair of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, clients rely on Frank’s guidance and trial experience – 70+ cases tried to verdict in federal and state courts and 50+ cases tried before arbitration tribunals – in their most complex and challenging disputes. Frank focuses on complex business and commercial disputes, insurance coverage, professional liability and malpractice, D&O liability, products liability and IP disputes. While Frank relishes every trial opportunity, he resolves most disputes through negotiation, mediation, or ADR. Frank represents all types of businesses, professionals, manufacturers, distributors, technology vendors and software designers, and serves as national counsel for numerous national and international insurance companies.
