Mr. Gray concentrates his practice in areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, strategic alliances, intellectual property transactions and other large commercial transactions. He acts as outside counsel to a number of clients, ranging from NYSE listed multi-national companies to domestic companies to start-up companies as well as non-profit entities. His clients include companies in a variety of industries including biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device, technology and specialty services. He also represents corporate entities, individuals, management teams, executives and venture capital and private equity firms.
