Career

Chris Miller concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters. Chris regularly represents U.S. and foreign public and private companies and private equity funds in merger and acquisition transactions. He also represents private equity funds and emerging companies in venture capital, growth equity and debt financing transactions. Chris regularly counsels companies in the healthcare, life sciences and information technology industries on general corporate matters. Chris is chair of the firm’s Technology Group and co-chair of the firm’s Emerging Company/Venture Capital practice.
