Anne Redman, of counsel with the firm's Corporate practice, has served for more than thirty-five years as advisor to healthcare clients for their business and regulatory matters. Her clients include health systems, physician practices, healthcare facilities, provider networks, health plans, behavioral health organizations, software and other services providers, and other businesses involved in the health care industry. Anne has represented clients in a variety of strategic transactions, including mergers/acquisitions and joint ventures for ambulatory facilities, and in development of provider contracting arrangements involving new payment models.
