Zetlin & De Chiara LLP is a nationally-recognized, boutique construction law firm. Our attorneys deliver comprehensive solutions to issues in construction law and the built environment. Our matters are distributed throughout the United States and abroad.
Our clients include a diverse group of institutions and individuals, including those in the business of construction such as architects, engineers, real estate owners, developers, owners’ representatives, municipalities, and construction managers, in addition to those that focus on other industries but need construction services such as technology, financial, manufacturing, and educational institutions. Our experience representing a wide variety of clients has deepened our knowledge of the intricacies of design and construction projects.
Our attorneys provide the full spectrum of legal services to meet our clients’ needs. We serve as advisors to our clients, negotiate contracts, litigate disputes, and conduct risk management. The firm provides counsel throughout the planning, design and construction process, from drafting and negotiating contracts to outlining risk management strategies. Large-scale projects frequently lead to costly disputes. Zetlin & De Chiara has extensive experience representing clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and also advises on business formation, licensing and corporate issues.
Many of our attorneys have in-house construction counsel experience, architecture and engineering degrees, and LEED accreditation.
