Managing Partner and Senior Partner Patricia-Ann T. Prodigalidad has been designated as a member of the Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR) Advisory Council. She is the representative of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider Organizations.
The OADR is an attached agency of the Department of Justice. It was created under Republic Act No. 9825 or the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2024. The OADR is tasked to promote, develop, and expand the use of the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in the private and public sectors.
Ms. Prodigalidad is a seasoned ADR practitioner. She has been recognized in the fields of commercial arbitration, both domestic and international, as well as in construction arbitration. She is actively involved in different organizations that promote ADR, such as the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. and Society of Construction Law – Philippines.
