She also has expertise in equity and debt financing a well as mergers and acquisitions transactions in the mining and resources sectors. Alessandra has BA and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town, and has completed certificates in Competition Law and Advanced Company Law I & II (cum laude) at the University of the Witwatersrand.
