Pascal Ormen

Pascal represents all types of French and international clients within the insurance industry (insurers, reinsurers, brokers) in matters such as litigation, arbitration and complex appraisal proceedings relating to insurance coverage, product liability and commercial disputes. Pascal also advises leaders of the insurance industry on technical regulatory matters of their business.

Pascal gained his strong expertise of the insurance business by starting to work in a brokerage firm for several years before entering in the legal profession. After serving as a partner in a major British law firm, he co-participated in the creation of BOPS law firm in 2004 before being a co-founding partner with Remi Passemard of Ormen Passemard - ORPA Legal, a highly regarded law firm in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance.
