Jacob is a commercial and competition barrister with a broad practice.
He has particular experience in large multi-party disputes, notably in claims brought by shareholders under s.90 and s.90A FSMA and in collective proceedings based on alleged infringements of competition law.
Jacob also has a developing sports law practice, having acted in a range of disputes involving competition law challenges to rules and regulations adopted by sports governing bodies.
