Partner Ida Gjessing is an IP litigator focusing on patent and trademark disputes. She has extensive patent litigation experience within life sciences, aquaculture and the energy sectors, and also within SPCs (pharmaceutical products).
On the non-contentious side she provides advice on all aspects of IP law, including designs and copyrights, research ethics and marketing law. She is assisting in the drafting and negotiating of technology transfer agreements and other licensing agreements, as well as R&D agreements.
