Cindy Reisz is well-respected among healthcare providers and private equity investors for her transactional and operational experience. Her extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulatory framework allows her to advise clients on structuring dispositions, acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as de novo development of facilities and healthcare services. Cindy utilizes her extensive experience from the past 40 years in both the healthcare and corporate sectors to advise private equity funds and their portfolio companies. With this background, she is able to lead an acquisition of a healthcare company, conduct thorough healthcare diligence, and ultimately advise on the portfolio company’s operational issues and provide guidance for navigating healthcare regulations. Combining these skills makes her an effective and efficient choice for healthcare private equity funds. She works primarily with acute care and behavioral health systems, value-based care organizations and physician practices and their affiliated management companies in oncology, dermatology, anesthesia, medspa and other specialties.
Cindy is active nationally in the healthcare industry, having served on the Board of Directors and as president of the American Health Law Association (AHLA). Her extensive involvement with industry-related organizations and her deep understanding of healthcare’s ever-changing regulations allows her to provide valuable and efficient guidance for her clients.
