Has substantial and broad-based experience in overall project development, including public-private initiatives, housing, landmarks, and environmental reviews. Represents clients in large-scale new development, individual building repositioning, transfer of development rights, rezonings, and turnkey developments. Clients include the Durst Organization, TF Cornerstone, MSD, Hospital for Special Surgery, Lefrak Organization, Rockefeller Group and others.
