Bicrom Das

Bicrom Das is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office and is a partner in the firm's Global Investment Funds Group. He provides counsel for both closed and open-ended funds across a range of different strategies.

This includes private equity, credit and real estate. He has extensive experience of the entire lifecycle of private funds – from raising and formation through downstream acquisitions and exits, and end-of-life issues.

Bicrom acts for leading investment managers, both institutional sponsors of private equity and hedge funds, and boutique or start-up managers. His clients include private equity houses and other financial institutions along with their onshore counsel. He covers all fund-related matters, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings of securities.
