Bertrand Sénéchal

Bertrand is a Partner of the Capital Markets team in Paris. For over the past twenty years, he has advised on major capital markets transactions handled in Paris. He has extensive expertise in international financial and securities transactions and particularly on IPOs, equity and equity-linked offerings. He has also handled several sovereign, high-yield and Yankee bonds transactions. He advises on both French and US law issues.

He also advises several issuers on their post-IPO obligations: disclosure, market abuse issues, corporate governance, and has developed a portfolio of biotech clients.
