André Lemos

André has experience in project development, complex regulatory matters and commercial transactions across all segments of the oil and gas industry (upstream, midstream and downstream). He has worked on the main transactions and leading regulatory cases in the upstream segment.

He has advised a wide range of domestic and international clients on acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas blocks and fields, as well as on the negotiation of contracts, including (i) upstream agreements (JBAs, JOAs, UUOAs, AIPs, charter agreements, among others); midstream contracts (lease and transportation agreements, pipeline and terminal handling agreements, gas processing contracts, and GTAs); and (iii) natural gas commercialization agreements. In the downstream segment, he participated in the privatization of refineries and state-owned natural gas distributors. He also has notable experience in ANP bidding rounds and regulatory matters.
