Alistair specialises in advising on the establishment, restructuring and financing of investment structures, equity raises, investor EGMs and investor relations.

His clients include ActivumSG, Alcentra, Alphabet, Blackstone, Deutsche Bank, Nuveen Real Estate, Société Générale and Vitol.
