• Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS): This is our mark of best practice for providing wills and estate administration advice.

Specialist team memberships

Our legal professionals are active members of key industry bodies, ensuring we remain at the forefront of specialist legal knowledge:

• Leasehold Team (ALEP): Our Leasehold team are members of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP). This membership provides assurance to both leaseholder and freeholder clients that they are working with professionals who have the necessary expertise to handle complex leasehold transactions.
• Private Client Lawyers (STEP & Association of Lifetime Lawyers): Several of our Private Client lawyers are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). They are also members of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (a community of legal professionals with additional skills to support older and vulnerable clients).
