The Firm advises on an average of two transactions per month and is industry agnostic. The vast majority are cross-border middle market transactions with adverse counsel being "Big Four" firms. The Firm is known for its hands-on, cost-efficient and skillful approach to servicing multinational clients. The team comprises multilingual and cross-cultural practitioners, admitted to practice in New York, Florida, Argentina, Brazil and Spain. RC Law regularly acts as external U.S. counsel for Spanish and Latin American corporations, helping them manage their legal affairs in the United States. Because of the size of the Firm and personal approach to client service, it is a firm of choice for family offices and family-run businesses. Most of our structured finance transactions involve projects in Latin America. We commonly act as New York counsel to a borrower or project sponsor and draft and negotiate all New York-governed transaction agreements.

• Advised OpenPass Holding Corp., a Delaware company, in connection with its issuance of shares of common stock to Telecom Argentina S.A., representing 50% of the company’s capital stock, on a fully diluted basis.
• Acted as buyer’s counsel for Azvi S.A.U. of Spain, on the acquisition of a combined 80% equity interest in two companies based in Texas, U.S.
• Acted as New York counsel to Complejo Agroindustrial Beta S.A. of Peru in connection with the refinancing of a $111,800,000 loan from Metlife of New York.
• Acted as New York counsel to Pesquera Exalmar of Peru in connection with a $20 million IDB Invest senior secured financing.
• Acted as counsel to Ferrado Lido LLC, an affiliate of Ferrado Properties, on the sale of the 100-room, beachfront hotelStandard Lido Spain Miami Beach, Florida.
