• Represented owner-developer in multiple multi-family, condominium and mixed-use developments, including historical preservation and complex land use and construction issues
• Represented a large general contractor on a commercial project in Houston, with disputes related to delays in construction and defective work claims exceeding $6m
• Represented owner of a food manufacturing facility in Dallas. The owner asserted claims against the design-build contractor, with damages and claims exceeding $6m
