    Project Finance & Development:

    ABNR advises leading finance parties, sponsors, developers and other major parties on all aspects of their financings across the entire infrastructure spectrum. The firm has extensive experience working with Government of Indonesia, including state-sponsored agencies and state-owned enterprises (SOEs), such as infrastructure finance agencies Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) and Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI); upstream oil and gas regulator SKKMigas; state energy company Pertamina; state electricity utility PLN; state rail operator Kereta Api Indonesia (and its subsidiaries/ affiliates PT MRT Jakarta, PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China, PT Railink and PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia); and state-owned port management companies. ABNR’s work covers all types of project (both PPP and PFI), including power plants, rail and light-rail systems, bridges and toll roads, telecommunications projects and satellites, airports and seaports, pipelines, mine and oil & gas projects, and major industrial infrastructure, such as LNG plants, smelters and petrochemical plants.

    Banking & Finance:

    ABNR advises on offshore and onshore financings, including domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral lending transactions, security arrangements, leveraged and acquisition finance, and registration and enforcement of loans and security in Indonesia and overseas jurisdictions. ABNR also advises on loan restructuring and the sale and purchase of loans, and have a solid reputation in Islamic Finance, where they handle all types of Shariah-complaint investments and financings.     Aviation:

In ADR, ABNR regularly represents clients in arbitration proceedings in the Indonesian National Arbitration Center (BANI) and in international arbitration forums such as SIAC, KLIAC and HKIAC.
