Wendy Moore has focused on equity/executive compensation and corporate governance for 22 years, working primarily with technology and life science clients. Wendy's practice addresses practical design considerations, including the complicated intersection of corporate, tax, securities, and employment laws, as well as shareholder relations issues, with a strong background in IRC Sections 409A and Rule 701. Wendy’s practice has evolved to include representation of dozens of corporate executives (including management teams) each year, negotiating multimillion dollar contracts at the time of hiring or termination, as well as renegotiations of compensation packages at the time of M&A, SPAC and IPO transactions. Through her work with nearly 100 companies over the past 4 years, Wendy has helped Perkins pioneer the use of digital assets (including tokens, Bitcoin and carbon credits) as a medium of compensation.
