Sean represents investment managers in all aspects of their business and operations, with particular emphasis on forming private investment funds, and the structuring and execution of secondary transactions. He counsels both established and emerging sponsors forming private funds in numerous sectors and pursuing various strategies, including buyout, growth, alternative credit, rated structures, secondaries and fund of funds. Sean also works with fund sponsors adding new strategies/lines of business, structuring firm ownership and operations, succession planning and executive transitions.
