Scot Crow is a Member and General Corporate, M&A and Private Equity Practice Group Chair in Dickinson Wright’s Columbus office. He oversees transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, private offerings, private equity investments, mezzanine debt offerings, and divestitures, as well as advising corporate clients on legal issues in the cannabis and other regulated industries.
