Michael Warnecke, is Of Counsel in the firm's Patent Litigation practice and served as its firmwide co-chair from 2009 to 2015. A quintessential litigator with extensive trial experience. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the upper one percent of trial lawyers in the country. Michael’s practice includes major patent litigation cases, international patent, technology licensing and other IP matters. He has been first chair on numerous high-profile patent litigation cases, including Riddell v. Schutt, where the jury awarded $30 million defending Riddell’s significant football helmet technology.
