Alexis Beachdell is a seasoned bankruptcy and commercial law attorney with experience representing trustees and liquidating trusts, secured lenders and financial institutions, buyers and sellers of distressed assets, creditors of distressed or insolvent businesses, and nonprofit entities. Alexis takes a creative and solution-oriented approach to resolving disputes and achieving clients’ strategic goals. In addition, she is co-chair of the firmwide Women’s Committee.
