Dispute Resolution:

■ Acting for Mugenga Holdings Ltd, alongside 15 other companies (transnational transporters), whose trucks and goods were destroyed, burnt and looted during the Kenyan Post-Election Violence of 2007-2008 while being transported through Kenya to various parts of Uganda, Burundi and Rwanda. Successfully convinced the Court to find the Kenyan Government liable for the loss suffered by the transporters for failing to deploy adequate security during the skirmishes
■ Acting for Equity Bank Kenya Limited in a suit involving a breach of contract culminating in damages claimed of over Kshs.722 million (USD$7.2 million) against the County Government of Narok
■ Acting for Bank of Africa Kenya Ltd in the recovery of over USD$4.5 million advanced to KSC International Ltd, one of the biggest and oldest construction companies registered in Kenya, but conducting business in Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi and the UK for decades
